Guest Services/Locker Attendant (16 & older)

Guest Services Team Members are responsible for providing superior guest service throughout the day. They should always have a smile on their face and must be comfortable dealing with guest complaints, lost items, lost children, as well as assisting guests in locker, stroller, or lifejacket rental. Guest Services Team Members must also provide accurate information on park policies and procedures to guests in person or by answering phone calls. They must be friendly, great at communication, and be able to think on their feet!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Providing information on park policies and procedures to guests in person and on the phone
  • Assisting guests with locker, stroller, and lifejacket rental
  • Handling guest complaints and dealing with lost children

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working required hours scheduled while following all labor laws
  • Complying with and enforcing all Splish Splash policies
  • Communicating appropriate department-, park- or team- related concerns to the Leadership Team
  • Following Supervisors’ and Managers’ directions

Skills and Qualifications:

  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • The ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
  • Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
