About Us
Intention Wellness at SUN Therapy is a whole person wellness practice in Riverhead, New York, founded by Shannon Smith, MS, LMT. Through personalized massage therapy, Reiki, breathwork, coaching, and nervous system support, Shannon helps clients reduce tension, reconnect with their bodies, and feel more supported in their everyday lives. Services include medical and therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, manual lymphatic drainage, therapeutic chest and breast massage, pregnancy massage, Reiki, breathwork, red light therapy, private coaching, classes, and wellness programs. Every session is guided by the belief that the body is always communicating and that healing begins when people feel safe, heard, and empowered to participate in their own care.
