High intensity interval Training. We are lighting up that "fat burning furnace" within you and jump starting your Summer Slim Down!  Power-Packed cardio that flies by!! Short burst of High Intensity exercises fused with heavy weight training to confuse your muscles and keep those calories burning for hours after.  All levels welcome to join, go at your own pace. Never a dull moment.
**Clean sneaker policy- Carry in clean (non-outdoor worn sneakers) for sanitary reasons on workout floor.
