ENTER OUR SCARECROW CONTEST and help us decorate for fall by crafting you’re own scarecrow for The Shoppes at East Wind’s Fall Festival Weekends. You create a scarecrow and the public gets to vote. First, Second and Third place.
Entries must be in by September 16th
Families, Scout troops, teams and friends are all invited to enter for free — we want to see your funny, spooky or themed scarecrow!
Set-up needs to be complete by Friday, September 18th

Public voting will take place during our Fall Festival and through October 27th.
