631-727-2881 x100 ART & BOTTLE: Shinnecock artist Jeremy Dennis on Indigenous Suffolk County: North & South Forks Thursday, July 27, 2017 - 6:00 PM Please join us for an illustrated presentation and discussion of the landscape photography exhibit On This Site by Shinnecock artist Jeremy Dennis. The artist will explore culturally significant Native American locations on the North and South Forks and talk about his goals to help preserve and create awareness of these sites through the visual medium of photography. ABOUT THE SPEAKER Artist and photographer Jeremy Dennis was born in Southampton, NY, and was raised on the Shinnecock Indian Reservation. Dennis holds a B.A. from Stony Brook University and an M.F.A. from Pennsylvania State University. On This Site will be on display in our Gish Gallery through Sept. 30, 2017.
