East End Food Market, presents our first inaugural Great East End Cookbook Sale & Swap where purchasing--or donating--just one cookbook on September 30 entitles you to take home up to five, pre-enjoyed cookbooks of your choice, while supplies last.

• Meet local authors Stephanie Villani ("The Fisherman's Wife") and Stacy Dermont ("The Hamptons Kitchen"); peruse a selection of signed cookbooks by legendary North Fork chef John Ross.
• At 6PM, join award-winning photographer Barbara Judge Lassen for a free demo - "How to Photograph Food."
• Chef Steve Amaral of North Fork Chocolate Company--currently at work on a vegan cookbook--will be "popping up" to offer chocolate and wine pairings with Peconic Bay Vineyards and North Cliff Vineyards.

Used cookbooks can be donated at the market any Friday in advance of--or during--the event.

East End Food Market is located between Long Island's north and south forks, at 139 Main Road, Riverhead, New York. It operates every Friday 3-7PM through October 28th, 2022. Its winter farmers market reopens in this space on Saturday, November 26th, 9am-1pm.
