Charlotte ENTER OUR SCARECROW CONTEST and help us decorate for fall by crafting you’re own scarecrow for The Shoppes at East Wind’s Fall Festival Weekends. You create a scarecrow and the public gets to vote. First, Second and Third place. Families, Scout troops, teams and friends are all invited to enter for free — we want to see your funny, spooky or themed scarecrow!
