For more than 25 years, Dr. Iona has specialized in women’s health, fertility, autoimmune and digestive disorders, hormonal balance, nervous system regulation, and pain management. Her approach blends Traditional Chinese Medicine with Functional Medicine, focusing on identifying and treating the root causes of chronic and complex health conditions.
“I am deeply grateful to have served this community for the past 25 years,” said Dr. Iona. “It continues to be an honor to walk alongside patients on their individual healing journeys.”
In response to growing patient demand, Dr. Iona recently expanded her practice and now welcomes patients at her Water Mill location, in addition to her long-standing Riverhead office conveniently located on Roanoke Avenue.
Dr. Iona also serves as a board member and long-time volunteer with the North Fork Breast Health Coalition, supporting women in the local community affected by breast cancer. She was instrumental in organizing the upcoming educational seminar, Integrative Approaches to Breast Cancer Care, and will join a panel of leading medical experts at Hotel Indigo on Saturday, January 31, from 8:30 AM to 3 PM. The event, which includes breakfast and lunch, is free and designed specifically for breast cancer patients. Advance registration is required.
